At Naturally Laid, we believe that every one should love and nurture their natural coils fiercely and unapologetically. We invite you into an elegant, warm environment where we offer a wide range of natural hair care services such as braids, twists, crochet etc. We specialize in loc maintenance services, loc extension and loc repairs. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Naturally Laid, the one stop shop for all your natural hair care needs. Here you will find our policy and procedures and expectation to provide you with the best service experience. All clients are REQUIRED to submit a 25% deposit through the online booking site. There is a 3.5% convenience fee for the use of a card, However you can pay your remaining balance via Cash, Cash app, Venmo or Zelle to avoid that fee. If you have an appointment in the system, that was put in for you by your stylist, you have 7 days to go in and pay your deposit, if not the system WILL CHARGE the deposit to the card on file or CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, However you can transferred your deposit once. For example, if you realize you can’t make your appointment, then you need to use the emailed confirmation link you received at the time of booking to reschedule your appointment. In the event that you have to miss your appointment and you didn’t reschedule or reach out to your stylist for assistance with rescheduling, you will default that deposit and will have to rebook with another deposit, for another day that works best for you. You are able to reschedule/ cancel your appointment through your confirmation email. Deposits will always go toward your service total. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. If you are running late, contact Kerri-jo or Shanita at your earliest convenience. As a valued client, we respect your time and strive to create an unmatched salon experience. There is a 15 minute GRACE PERIOD in the event that you are running late. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, THAT WILL RESULT IN A $20.00 LATE FEE APPLIED TO YOUR BALANCE ALSO DEPENDING ON SERVICE BOOKED YOU MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE, Therefore, it is IMPERATIVE that you reach out to your stylist to discuss suitable options if running more than 15 minutes late. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and fail to notify your stylist you will be considered a “NO SHOW”; you will be charged 50% of the service total. I.E- If you don’t reschedule or reach out to your stylist prior to your appointment AND MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT, you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee (which would be 50% of the service you booked). If you are trying to book a last minute appointment and you don’t see an available appointment time, contact us at 803-876-0072 or 267-323-5723 to see if anything is available. We are located in a suite environment so please, no extra guest.
